January Homebuyer Education Seminars

Join us in person or via Zoom for a FREE two-part series.

Parts 1 and 2 will be held on January 11th from 10:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Or

Take it on two separate days, Part 1 on January 23 from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm and Part 2 on January 30th from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm.

Topics will include: personal money management, credit history review, mortgage financing /loan process, predatory lending awareness, shopping for a home, home owner responsibilities.

Course completion often qualifies buyers for closing cost discounts. Complete Parts 1 & 2 of Homebuyer Education to receive a HERO Certificate of Completion.
