Progress Over Perfection: Free Webinar

Join the Brookings County Mental Health Coalition for an hour long psychoeducational presentation designed to help individuals who struggle with perfectionism in different aspects of life (work, home, relationships, etc). Participants will get the chance to understand the underlying causes and behaviors associated with perfectionism, which often include fear of failure, high self-criticism, difficulty accepting mistakes, and learn multiple skills for coping with perfectionism and shifting to a more balanced outlook.
