Please join us for the next Brookings County Mental Health Coalition Meeting where we will learn about the importance of communities using Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) to address whole person care and how they impact wellness outcomes. There will be no lunch provided, however bringing your own lunch or purchasing lunch from the Hospital cafeteria is welcome.
